Craig is a native Texan, hailing from the historic town of Goliad. He has resided in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1997. After graduating from the University of North Texas in 1992 with a degree in Radio, TV and Film, he migrated to the Denver, Colorado area and volunteered for a public television station. In 1997, Craig returned to Texas and to UNT to pursue a teaching career in science. After teaching middle school science and math, he entered a masters degree program in Instructional Systems Technology, after which he began careers in both Web development and instructional design. Craig has designed websites and web pages for global companies as well as small businesses, but now focuses mainly on designing training solutions for professional development, which incorporates curriculum development, needs analysis, technical writing, online courseware development, video production and audio narration.
Two words that describe Craig are "constantly curious". His inquisitive nature drives him to seek out and understand different perspectives on issues and to collaborate creatively on projects, which enables him to connect with his team and his audience on both a cognitive and emotional level. Craig's greatest joy in life is to help others to reach their goals and realize they are a valued part of a team.
In his leisure time, Craig enjoys cooking vegan cuisine, reading, singing karaoke, and playing bass guitar in various venues.
